By accessing our website at https://ninesuites.com.sg, or by installing or using the Nine Suitesmobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the application.

These terms are between you and Nine Suites Construction Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202512784E), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 5 Tampines North Drive 5, Reebonz Building, Singapore 528548.

The Nine Suites application (Android package sg.com.ninesuites.saas) is an internal business tool. It is made available only to our employees and to authorised personnel of our clients, subcontractors and project partners, in each case using an account issued by us or by the organisation that engaged them.

The application is not offered to the general public. If you do not hold a valid account issued for a current engagement, you are not authorised to use it.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the application on a device you control, solely for the business purposes of your engagement with us or with the organisation that issued your account.

You must not:

• Copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the application, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent that this restriction is prohibited by law.
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute or otherwise make the application available to any third party.
• Remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notice contained in the application.
• Use the application in any way that interferes with its normal operation, or that circumvents any access control, authentication or usage limit.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your credentials have been disclosed or your account has been used without authorisation.

We may suspend or terminate an account at any time — including where the engagement to which the account relates has ended, where these terms have been breached, or where we consider suspension necessary to protect the security or integrity of our systems.

Attendance records, site check-ins, reports and other entries submitted through the application are business records. You must not submit an entry that is false or misleading, and you must not record attendance on behalf of another person or permit another person to record attendance on your behalf.

The content of our website is provided for general information about our company and services. It does not constitute a quotation, an offer, or professional advice, and it must not be relied on as the basis for any decision without confirmation from us in writing.

Project descriptions, images and figures shown on the website are illustrative. We may change or remove any part of the website at any time without notice.

All content on the website and in the application — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, layout, and the software itself — is owned by us or by our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages of the website for your own internal or personal use. Any other use — including reproduction, republication, distribution or commercial exploitation — requires our prior written consent. The names “Nine Suites Construction” and “9SC” and our logo may not be used without our written permission.

The website or application may link to, or rely on, services operated by third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms.

We aim to keep the website and the application available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and the application are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or the application.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website or the application, or your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date and takes effect when posted. Your continued use of the website or the application after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.
