Delete your Nine Suites account

This page applies to the Nine Suites Android application (package sg.com.ninesuites.saas), published on Google Play by Nine Suites Construction Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202512784E), 5 Tampines North Drive 5, Reebonz Building, Singapore 528548.

Nine Suites is a workforce application issued to employees of Nine Suites Construction Pte. Ltd. and to authorised personnel of our clients and subcontractors. Accounts are created by us or by the organisation that engaged you — they cannot be self-registered in the app.

You do not need to sign in to make this request. Complete the form below, or send an email directly to apps@ninesuites.com.sg with the subject line “Account deletion request — Nine Suites”, and include:

• Your full name as registered in the app.
• Your employee or worker identifier, if you have one.
• The work email address or mobile number linked to your account.
• The name of your employer or engaging organisation.

You may also make the request in person to your supervisor, or to the HR or administration contact of the organisation that issued your account. If you prefer to speak to someone, call us on +65 6566 2311.

• We acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
• We verify that the request comes from the account holder. We may ask you one or two questions to confirm your identity — this is to stop someone else from deleting your account.
• We complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying your request, and confirm to you in writing when it is done.

When your request is completed, we delete the following from the Nine Suites service:

• Your app account and the ability to sign in.
• Your app profile — name, work email address, mobile number, job role and assigned project or site as held in the app.
• Your saved app preferences and settings.
• The push-notification token for your device.
• Photographs and file attachments you submitted through the app, except where a specific record must be retained under section 5 below.
• Your stored digital signature image.

Uninstalling the app on its own does not delete your account — it only stops the app running on that device. Use the request process above.

We cannot delete everything, because some records are required by law or are needed to settle an existing obligation. We keep only what is necessary, and no longer than necessary:

• Employment, attendance and payroll records — including clock-in and clock-out records, timesheets and leave records — where Singapore employment law requires an employer to keep them.
• Workplace safety and health records — including site attendance relevant to an incident, investigation or statutory safety obligation.
• Project and site reports — these are company business records of work performed, and are retained as part of the project file.
• Records subject to a legal claim, audit or investigation — retained until the matter is concluded.

Retained records are kept for the period required by the applicable law or obligation, are restricted to staff who need them, and are securely destroyed once that period ends.

Please also note that deleting your Nine Suites account does not delete the separate employment records that your employer holds about you outside the app, and does not by itself change or end any employment or contractual relationship.

If your account was issued to you by a client or subcontractor organisation rather than by Nine Suites Construction Pte. Ltd., that organisation also holds records about your work. We will action the deletion on our side and will tell you to whom you should direct any remaining request.
